Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SIRAXA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the SIRAXA platform and related services (the “Service”). SIRAXA is a multi-sport platform that connects participants through organizations, clubs, teams, tournaments, and leagues. This policy applies to players, guardians, coaches, officials, club and team administrators, tournament organizers, league administrators, and other members.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information: name, email address, date of birth, country, and profile details you provide during registration and onboarding, including sport-specific preferences and playing roles.
Participation and member information: club, team, organization, league, and tournament memberships and registrations; availability responses; squad and role assignments; invitations; and match scoring data you enter or that is entered about you, including performance statistics.
Location information: venue and location data you provide or that is associated with matches, fixtures, and events, used for maps, directions, and display.
Communication data: announcements, messages, and notifications you send or receive through the Service.
Device and broadcast data: device identifiers, connection details, and broadcast telemetry when you use streaming or broadcasting features, and basic usage and diagnostic information to operate and improve the Service.
Media: photos, videos, and other content you submit, as well as images and recordings captured during broadcasts or events.
3. How We Use Information

- Operate organizations, clubs, teams, schedules, fixtures, rosters, scoring, standings, and analytics;
- Run tournaments, leagues, registrations, invitations, and eligibility checks;
- Enable broadcasts, scorecards, statistics, rankings, and results;

4. Information Sharing and Administrators
We share information within the Service to operate its features. Authorized Administrators of an organization, club, team, league, or tournament you join may see relevant membership, availability, registration, eligibility, and participation data. Depending on the entity, these Administrators may include organization administrators, club administrators, team managers and captains, tournament organizers, and league administrators.
Scoring and result data may be displayed in scorecards, standings, statistics, and rankings visible to other members and, where applicable, the public. We may also share information with service providers who help operate the Service (such as hosting, payments, and communications), and with authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Competitions, Registration, and Invitations
When you register for or are invited to a tournament, league, team, club, or organization, the relevant Administrators may process your registration information, eligibility documents, roster assignments, waivers, and fees. Invitations may associate your email address with an entity until you accept or decline. Withdrawal or cancellation may be handled according to the competition’s rules and applicable refund policy.
6. Schedules, Results, and Statistics
Schedules, fixtures, standings, and results derived from scoring data may be stored and displayed as part of the competition record. This may include your name, team, performance, and participation history. Historical competition data may be retained as part of the shared record even after you leave a competition.
7. Broadcasting and Media
Broadcasts, streams, and recordings may capture your image, voice, and performance during events, together with overlay graphics and statistics derived from scoring data. This content may be shown to viewers inside or outside the Service as configured by the relevant Administrators. Media you submit is handled in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use local storage and similar technologies on your device to keep you signed in, remember preferences, cache data for performance, and operate features such as scoring and broadcasting. You may clear these through your browser settings, though some Service features may not function without them.
9. Data Retention
We retain account and participation data for as long as your account is active and for as long afterward as needed to operate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Scoring, results, and other competition data that forms part of a shared match or competition record may be retained as part of that record even after an account is closed.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and authenticated access to sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure; you should safeguard your account credentials.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may manage certain preferences within the Service. To exercise these rights, contact SIRAXA Help & Support through the in-app help centre. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service supports guardian-managed profiles for minors. For participants under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction, a verified parent or guardian must create and manage the profile and provide consent on the minor’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verifiable guardian consent where it is required.
13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including Canada and the United States, where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we take steps to ensure such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, seek your renewed acknowledgement. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
15. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, you can reach SIRAXA Help & Support through the in-app help centre, or via the support contact published within the Service.
